Ha! Hahaha! Y'all thought I was talkin crazy, but look at the results! 64 quads!? Low-poly modeling is awesome!
Again, textures arent finished, obviously still have to paint the bark, but I'm just so excited about the progress.
[UPDATE]: Upon getting some sleep and looking at this again, the palm fronds are waaay too realistic. They're definitely gonna need to be cartooned down.

Again, fricking gorgeous. Only thing I would've said, you said already - cartooniness. Bummer since they look so good but I'm sure they'll only get better.
@ShotgunFox: Yeah, already redid the leaves and started the bark. Looks a ton better, just haven't re-uploaded.
